Labourer dies after falling from ladder

It is believed the man was on a ladder placed against the outside of a single storey property in the suburb of Kennington, when the incident occurred at about 12.30pm. He died in hospital later that day.

WorkSafe is investigating.

The fatality brings the number of confirmed workplace deaths this year to 23, compared to 24 at the same time last year.
