A 63-year-old aged care resident has died following an incident while being transported in a taxi at Echuca on Saturday.
It is believed the woman died after her chair tipped backwards when the taxi braked.
WorkSafe is investigating.
The death brings the workplace fatality toll to two for 2021, 10 fewer than at the same time last year.
