Auto electrician crushed by truck tailgate

It is understood the 41-year-old was repairing a faulty tailgate when it collapsed onto him at about 12:30pm.

WorkSafe is investigating.

This brings the workplace fatality toll to 46 for 2022, 19 fewer than at the same time last year.
