Truck driver found dead in cool room

The 50-year-old was found deceased about 2.30pm on Wednesday after his vehicle was spotted at the workplace, unattended and with the engine running, two hours after he had finished work.

WorkSafe is investigating.

The death is the third workplace fatality of 2023, compared to 11 at the same time last year.
