Who's eligible?
Small and medium businesses (up to 60 workers) with a WorkCover insurance policy.
Sole traders with contractors may be also eligible to apply but must hold a WorkCover insurance policy.
Farmers do not need a WorkCover insurance policy to be eligible for the OHS Essentials program. If you are a farmer please email the OHS Essentials team at [email protected] to submit your application.

WorkSafe's advisory service is available between 7:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday. If you need more support, you can also contact WorkSafe using the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) or the National Relay Service.
