WorkSafe Victoria has introduced the Online claims initiative, test and learn phase from 30 May 2022. As a participating employer, you can complete and lodge an injured workers claim online using myWorkSafe.

The introduction of online claims aims to reduce administrative burden, and improve claim notifications and tracking throughout the claims process. Reducing time and effort required to submit and manage claims, enables more time and effort to improve recovery and return to work outcomes.

WorkSafe Advisory Service
