Psychological Health Basics – Q&A sessions

Ask our health and safety specialist questions and get practical advice on managing psychosocial hazards in your workplace.

Overview

Psychological Health Basics – Q&A sessions build on the information, tools and resources covered in the Psychological Health Basics workshop.

Our specialist will guide the discussion based on participant questions. So bring your questions and explore how to apply what you’ve learned from the workshop, in your workplace.

Why attend?

Attend a Q&A session to:

  • ask specialists about psychological health risks in your workplace
  • get practical, tailored advice on how to identify and manage psychosocial hazards
  • hear how other workplaces are applying what they’ve learned
  • learn from real-world examples.

These sessions are highly recommended if you’ve completed the Psychological Health Basics Program and want to strengthen or embed changes in your work environment.

Eligibility criteria

To get the most out of the Q&A session, we highly recommend attending a Psychological Health Basics workshop first (if you haven't already). These foundational workshops provide an understanding of the psychological health risk management process and related employer obligations. The Q&A session provides an opportunity to ask technical or context specific questions to help employers meet these obligations.
