This document outlines how WorkSafe Victoria monitors the quantities of dangerous goods stored and handled at facilities. It advises facilities what to do when quantities exceed accepted limits, and explains:

• how occupiers must notify WorkSafe Victoria when dangerous goods exceed the manifest quantity under dangerous goods regulations
• what happens after an occupier notifies WorkSafe Victoria
• when WorkSafe Victoria might inspect sites
