Blood lead testing schedule for employees doing lead risk work

What it contains

Use this table to identify and track how frequently an employee must have their blood lead levels tested.

For example, a man whose blood lead levels are less than 0.48umol/L must be tested again within 6 months.

If a person is removed from lead risk work due to blood lead levels being above the removal levels, they must see a medical practitioner within 7 days.

Their blood test results must be sent to WorkSafe.
