Compliance code: Workplace facilities and the working environment – Response to public comment

What it contains

Consultation with our stakeholders has played an important role in developing the Workplace facilities and the working environment compliance code.

The code was available for public comment for a period of 28 days. During this time, WorkSafe received 17 submissions which it considered and responded to before finalising the code.

This document summarises the matters raised in the public comment submissions and WorkSafe's responses to these, including how they have informed the code.
