WorkSafe requires OR providers to comply with its conditions of approval for occupational rehabilitation providers (the Conditions) to ensure they provide the highest quality of care for injured workers. This document includes:

• an explanation of each condition of approval
• an acknowledgement for the OR to agree they will comply with the Conditions
• a glossary explaining terms used in the document
