This document sets out the conditions on which WorkSafe authorises Registered Training Organisation to carry out licence assessments for high risk work within Victoria including for the Victorian Telehandler licence class.

The requirements set out in this document are terms and conditions for the purpose of regulation 139 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017.
