Feedback and engagement from our stakeholders has played an important role in remaking sure the Dangerous Goods (Storage and Handling) Regulations 2022 (Storage and Handling Regulations).

In 2022 the proposed Storage and Handling Regulations were available for public comment. WorkSafe received six submissions which it considered and responded to before finalising the regulations.

This document covers the consultation process, and summarises the matters raised in public comment submissions and WorkSafe's responses to these, including how they have informed the Storage and Handling Regulations.
