Feedback and engagement from our stakeholders has played a vital part in making sure the Dangerous Goods (Transport by Road or Rail) Regulations 2018 (DG TRR Regulations 2018) better reflect current Victorian work practices.

In 2018 the proposed regulations were available for public comment. WorkSafe received 4 submissions which it considered and responded to before finalising the regulations.

This document covers the consultation process, and summarises the matters raised in public comment submissions and WorkSafe's responses to these, including how they have informed the DG TRR Regulations 2018.
