This discomfort survey can help employers to:

• identify tasks that cause employees to experience discomfort that can result in an MSD
• ensure that suitable risk controls are in place to manage the risk of MSDs to employees
• review the controls that manage MSD risks at the workplace, to ensure they will eliminate or reduce injuries to employees in the workplace
