Diseases specified in the Schedule are considered to be eligible progressive diseases for the purposes of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
They were issued by the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Workplace Safety, on 30 June 2022.
