Indexation of Amounts in the WorkCover (Litigated Claims) Legal Costs Orders 2024

What it contains

The WorkCover (Litigated Claims) Legal Cost Orders apply to Originating Motions issued under section 134AB(16)(b) of the Accident Compensation Act (the ACA) or section 335(2)(d) of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (the WIRCA) for applications made on or after 1 November 2024. 

Clause 9 of the WorkCover (Litigated Claims) Legal Costs Order 2024 provides for annual indexation based on consumer price index.
