The WorkCover (Pre-Litigated Claims) Legal Costs Order 2024 applies to claims and applications made by a worker under section 134AB of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (the ACA) or Division 2 Part 7 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (the WIRCA) on or after 1 November 2024.
