Shape

What it contains

This document sets out the process to be used by WorkSafe's Internal Review Unit (IRU) to deal with an internal review application which appears to have been made more than 14 days after the reviewable decision came to the notice of the applicant.

It provides an understanding for an applicant who has made, or appears to have made, a late application.

This guidance also assists the Internal Review Officer (IRO) when deciding whether to allow an eligible person to apply for internal review following a late application.

It should be read along with other IRU Guidance Principles.
