What it contains

• The ABS requires the provision of certain data for the purposes of providing information about the nature and location of businesses in Victoria, in accordance with the relative legislative and administrative parameters
• The Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) (ACA) prohibits the Authority divulging or communicating information acquired by the Authority except to individuals named in the ACA or to other purposes with the approval of the Governor in Council. One of the people named in the Act is the Australian Statistician
• The VWA has agreed to provide the data on the terms and conditions in this Agreement
