This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between WorkSafe Victoria and the Director, Transport Safety provides a framework to promote effective communication, co-operation and co-ordination between the parties. It relates to their statutory, operational and administrative interactions in relation to incidents involving bus and Local Rail and Local Maritime operations.
