Memorandum of Understanding: Victoria Police

What it contains

Victoria Police and WorkSafe Victoria share the following objective in relation to the matters set out in this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to ensure information is shared to facilitate effective co-operation and the use of resources by both parties. It is also to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort in the conduct of investigations under each party’s respective legislation.
