Memorandum of Understanding: Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA)

What it contains

The Victorian WorkCover Authority (WorkSafe Victoria) and the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) wish to work together to ensure the effective administration of relevant legislation.

Both WorkSafe and the VRQA undertake to establish and maintain contact officers to ensure the effective operation of this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

WorkSafe and the VRQA undertake to provide information from time to time to inform each other's staff of their roles and responsibilities in areas of potential overlap, and any relevant changes to the regulatory instruments overseen by them.
