opportunities to strengthen the occupational health and safety (OHS) regulatory framework in relation to mental health by introducing psychological health regulations
implementation of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System recommendations
enhance mental health guidance to support employers
implement a strategic approach to gendered violence
manage WorkWell activities including the reach of the toolkit, management of learning networks, and projects funded through the mental health improvement fund
expand the facilitated discussion service to support workplace mediation
further actions to deliver multifaceted prevention interventions, wellbeing and emerging outcomes
