What it contains

This document sets out deliverables for year one of WorkSafe's Mental Health Strategy 2021 to 2024, including:

  • opportunities to strengthen the occupational health and safety (OHS) regulatory framework in relation to mental health by introducing psychological health regulations
  • implementation of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System recommendations
  • enhance mental health guidance to support employers
  • implement a strategic approach to gendered violence
  • manage WorkWell activities including the reach of the toolkit, management of learning networks, and projects funded through the mental health improvement fund
  • expand the facilitated discussion service to support workplace mediation
  • further actions to deliver multifaceted prevention interventions, wellbeing and emerging outcomes
  • other outcomes of the monitoring framework
