This Declaration relates to the meaning of a phrase in Section 129ME of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and Section 322 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. It sets out which piece of legislation the phrase ‘a State’s legislation about damages for a work related injury’ refers to for each State or Territory.
