Ministerial Direction: Actions for Damages (revised)

These Ministerial Directions relate to procedures under Section 134AB of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 and Division 2 of Part 7 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. They contain information about delivering appropriate damages to injured workers.
