Ministerial Order - Self-insurer assumption of liability for tail claims

What it contains

This Order is made with respect to the arrangements that apply where a self-insurer assumes the liability for tail claims under sections 395, 396 or 397 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Compensation Act 2013.

It is made pursuant to section 401 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013. The Order was made by Robin Scott, MP on 14 April 2016.
