Occupational violence and aggression (OVA) incident investigation tool

What it contains

Managers (such as unit managers and associate unit managers) can use this tool to guide investigation of OVA incidents. Incidents may include:

• acting out
• challenging behaviour
• behaviours of concern

The tool helps you collect information about the incident, document the factors that may have contributed to it, and plan changes to controls that can be put in place to prevent a similar incident happening.
