Order declaring that certain pastors of the Lutheran Church of Australia are workers

This Order declares that certain pastors of the Lutheran Church of Australia are workers, under Clause 13 of Schedule 1 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.

The order was made by Matthew McBeath, Clerk of the Executive Council on 4 November 2015. The responsible minister is Robin Scott MP, Minister for Finance.
