What it contains

This document explains how the following 3 steps can help quality builders plan for safety on jobs:

• establishing the site, including a site supervisor, safe work method statement, hazards above and below ground, and vehicle access and parking
• scheduling work and deliveries so tradespeople can access materials easily and ensure materials are delivered in time
• preparing the site for each trade, including checking equipment to see if it fits
