Pre-litigated Legal Costs Order Disbursement Guidelines

What it contains

These guidelines determine entitlements to, and amounts allowable, for disbursements. These entitlements are under the WorkCover Legal Costs Order 2001, 2006 and 2010, the WorkCover (Pre-Litigated Claims) Legal Costs Order 2010 and any substantially similar Legal Costs Order that relates to pre-litigated costs payable in relation to applications for common law damages.
