A prevention plan is a written record that documents the risk management process. It can be used to help control the risk of psychosocial hazards in the working environment.

This document provides a suggested template for employers to create a psychosocial hazard prevention plan. You can use the template online or print it out.

There are multiple ways to structure a prevention plan. Employers can also create their own prevention plan to suit the circumstances of their workplace.
