Service blueprint – eligibility and signing up

The support coordination pilot's service blueprint outlining all touchpoints, activities and actions required for determining eligibility and inducting injured workers.

What it contains

A service blueprint, similar to a journey map, outlines the key operational processes used to capture and asses how a service organisation completes various tasks across a user journey.

This tool is used as a way to visualise all touchpoints, activities, events and actions of a service between all users of a service (both internal and external)

Part 1 of the blueprint identifies all stakeholders' roles and responsibilities, including the injured workers and the steps required for the worker to participate in the Pilot.
