Wellbeing Track and Change case study

A new way of creating mentally healthy workplaces in residential aged care.

Shape

What it contains

Workplace Wellbeing Assist (WWA) is a digital tool that lets residential aged care service managers know what's impacting on their staff's mental wellbeing.

By providing timely data on the presence of workplace psychosocial risk factors along with access to evidence-based information resources to address any concerns, WWA helps managers take early action to create a more mentally healthy workplace.

WWA also enables staff to privately monitor their own wellbeing and access self-care tools to stay well.

The case study follows the implementation of the WWA tool in aged care settings.
