This Order is made by the Administrator, as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council under section 355(1) of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 and section 134AGA(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985.

The Order was made by Samual Wallace, Clerk of the Executive Council on 30 October 2024. The responsible minister is The Hon. Danny Pearson MP, Minister for WorkSafe and the TAC.
