What it contains

The Principal Wellbeing Program (PWB) is a program funded by WorkSafe through WorkWell’s Mental Health Improvement Fund. James and Janine started the PWB program in a proactive effort to address the mental health and wellbeing of the students at Greenhills Primary School.

However, they soon found out the challenge would need to begin with themselves and their staff. They learned to see the road to whole-school wellbeing as a progressive journey rather than a destination.
