Working Well in Wellington (WWiW) is a three year project that aims to develop and trial strategies that promote the mental wellbeing of shift workers in the workplace. The project is managed by Wellington Primary Care Partnership and is supported by WorkSafe’s WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund.

This handbook is designed to provide you with helpful ideas and tips to create a mentally healthy workplace for the shift workers that you manage.
