Project aims

• Work with workers, leaders and Health and Safety Representatives at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP).
• Co-design prevention-led interventions.
• Create a ‘Complete Worker Wellbeing System’ to improve the mental health and wellbeing of frontline firefighters.
