WorkWell Respect Fund standard funding agreement

What it contains

• In accordance with its statutory powers and functions, WorkSafe may provide funding to third parties for the purpose of assisting WorkSafe in achieving its objectives or performing its functions.
• One such means of providing funding is WorkSafe's WorkWell Gendered Violence including Sexual Harassment Respect Fund (the Fund). The purpose of the Fund is to provide investment to build the evidence base for preventing work-related gendered violence including sexual harassment.
