WorkWell survey for workers

This survey is for workers.

What it contains

The WorkWell Survey (WWS) is a self-assessment tool that helps businesses assess the psychological health and safety of their workplace. It focuses on the factors that affect psychological health and safety at work (known as psychosocial hazards) with separate surveys for leaders and workers to get both perspectives on psychological health and safety in your workplace.

This survey is for workers.

All data will be de-identified and reported at a workplace-level to protect the privacy and confidentiality of participants. In accordance with our ethical approval, at least 20 workers from one workplace must complete the WWS before workplace level results can be released. If fewer than 20 workers complete the survey, your workplace will receive benchmark results.

The results will show how your workplace is performing compared to the benchmarks. Your workplace will be able to identify areas where you are doing well and areas where improvements can be made. You can then use the WorkWell Toolkit to access evidence-based resources to create a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.

The survey is designed to ‘give back’ data to workplaces, to inspire them to engage with workers and take action to control risks to psychological health and safety. It also contributes to a broader understanding of psychological health across different industries in Victoria. The more workplaces that complete the survey, the richer this information becomes.
