Thriving in Health - Year one report

What it contains

Peninsula Health is leading the 'Thriving in Health' project on behalf of a consortium of Victorian health services. Thriving in Health aims to develop mentally healthy workplaces with cultures that promote and facilitate employee mental health and wellbeing for frontline health workers. The project has partnered with Black Dog Institute, FBG Group and design experts to research, develop and trial a number of new and innovative wellbeing strategies across four unique projects.
