What it contains

The Wellbeing Track and Change project aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of frontline workers in residential aged care services. Using a participatory implementation and evaluation approach, Prevention United and Federation University Australia will work with staff and management at Ballarat Health Services to design and evaluate a digital monitoring and decision support system to improve the work environment, and protect workers mental wellbeing. The project focuses on staff and management working across 10 residential aged cares facilities at Ballarat Health Services and an additional site at Colac Area Health.
