The Workplace Diversity Project looked for a link between diversity and mental health and well-being. The project aimed to foster an inclusive culture where employees felt respected, supported, and appreciated.


What it contains

A case study conducted by Tradeswomen Australia Group in the Automotive industry to drive improved mental health and well-being and reduce preventable injury with particular attention to young workers (apprentices) and front-line workers. Supported by WorkSafe's WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund.
