What it contains

This report outlines the technical details of data collected in the 2021 Workplace Wellbeing Insights (WWI) Survey. It provides an analysis of the measures used in the survey, and a comparison of results for each of WorkWell's three funded programs: the Toolkit, Mental Health Improvement Fund (MHIF) and Learning Networks (LN). These analyses are framed within the context of the Cultural Maturity Model (Frankel & Leonard, 2018) and WorkWell's Evaluation Refresh across the three levels of the WorkWell Measurement, Evaluation and Learning and Translation (MELT) framework (2020):

  • Participation (manager representation and participation in the programs).
  • Influence (practice in workplaces).
  • Impact (perceptions of key outcomes for managers and workers).

The focus of the evaluation is to develop understanding around what managers and workplaces can do to create better mental health and wellbeing outcomes for Victorian workers. The findings are supplemented with quotes from manager case studies about the influence of WorkWell's Toolkit.
