Every injury is different which is why we’re offering a tailored approach to injured workers to meet their diverse needs.
Referrals to the pilot program will be available until 31st December 2023
Injured Workers who are currently participating in the program will be continue to be supported until June 2024.
About the program
The Support Coordination Program (the Program) is a two-year initiative aiming to improve support for injured workers with complex needs and their experience of claims management.
