4WM project: Work, worker and workplace wellbeing in manufacturing

The project will develop the evidence base through consultation with manufacturing employers and employees at select trial sites to understand how manufacturing employers can respond to work-related factors impacting employee mental health and wellbeing at their root cause.

The evidence base will be used to inform the development of resources/web based content tailored for the manufacturing industry. This content will complement the existing WorkWell Toolkit.

Will include sharing knowledge through a series of industry briefings and development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation framework to ensure the long-term sustainability of the project.
