Mentally Healthy Workplaces find Common Ground

This project brought together union delegates, health and safety representatives, workers and employers around the common purpose to prevent, control and reduce risks to mental health in manufacturing. Interest-based problem solving training and Workshops created a shared understanding of how to establish meaningful mental health action plans in the workplace.
