Liminal championed technology for action based learning

Liminal piloted interactive scenario based training using virtual reality to engage managers in learning and build their capability to prevent mental injury and promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Leaders of mentally healthy workplaces are supportive

This project used real life scenarios to provide managers with an understanding of how challenging situations impact on workers. Through self-reflection and awareness of more supportive leadership behaviours they learned strategies for reducing the risk of mental injury in younger workers.
