Civil Contractors Federation Victoria championed industry wide change

Civil Contractors Federation Victoria held a Positive Health and Wellbeing Summit for construction businesses. The summit combined valuable industry knowledge and experience into a tailored prevention led approach to mental health.

Mentally healthy workplaces play to strengths

This project gathered industry leaders together to develop a prevention led approach to reducing mental injury in the construction industry. They designed a Mental Health Action Planning Process that played to the strengths of construction businesses to develop and implement plans.
