Prevention United championed organisational change

Prevention United demonstrated the need for a Change Management Plan when making changes in the workplace. The Workplace Wellbeing Assist project highlighted the importance of collaboration to build trust before implementing change.

Mentally Healthy Workplaces Work Together

This project used a digital tool for collaboration between managers and workers. The tool enabled them to simultaneously track work-related factors such as job demands and workplace support. It highlighted the importance of collaborating with workers when designing and implementing tools to support their mental health.
